Journey with Confidence
Our Pilates + Yoga Assessment is a detailed consultation performed by our physiotherapists, which will assess your biomechanics, movement patterns, overall flexibility and strength. We will identify factors contributing to your injuries and design a comprehensive plan for rehabilitation, optimal performance and wellness. Your assessment may be performed at any stage during your Pilates + Yoga journey. However, to achieve optimal results during our classes, we recommend undergoing the assessment before attending your first class.
Following your Pilates + Yoga Assessment, your personalised exercise plan is designed to support your body, lifestyle and personal goals. The findings from your assessment will be shared with our team of expert instructors, so we all work together to modify your exercises according to your individual needs.
